Highlights of the last Meeting: Sept.5, 2008

Last Sept.5, I attended the meeting at Mug Cafe sa Pacific Mall.


Chairman is Monching Leynes since he is an event coordinator plus an organizer under the office of the city mayor.


Alma Caballero is the secretary kc cya ang nagta-tab sa mga activities and mga napag usapan.



Edith Nazareno-Baronia will open an account for us sa metrobank para sa mga contribution and DONATIONS lalo na ang mga nasa abroad.


Ate Vi will ask her hubby to create for us a site kung saan pd ntin ipost ang mga developments at pasasalamat pati na rin ating mga contact details. Ate Vi will also serve as our coordinator sa US.


Yung ke Desiree sa friendster 2loy p rin.



Contribution is pegged at P1000.00 pero di kau pinipigilan na magdagdag para dun sa ating project at dun sa mga merong financial constraints 2lad ko. This can be in installment or 1 time payment and you can deposit the amount if u like sa account ko este sa i-o-open ni Edith.



Project trend sa QNHS is "adopt-a-room" . This is NOT just a one time refurbishment ng room kundi lifetime commitment na raw kung kaya hindi kinakailangan n mabilisan ang ating pag- uupgrade kung anu at hanggang saan ang kaya ng pera, dun muna tau pero open pa rin for suggestions kung meron kayong project pa in mind.



2 dates and venues are slated for next year. 1 is in MAY sa 1 resort sa Lucena at yung 1 ay sa DECEMBER which is dubbed as our Grand Reunion. Bakit 2? kc po merong uuwi ng May at merong uuwi ng Dec. din para mapagbigyan lahat kya gnawang dalawa.


Si Carmelo at Paeng ay lihis sa dates ng reunion natin ang mga uwi kaya treat n lang nila tau, cyempre sagot nila yun!!!!!

This early, may commitment na ang sponsor natin na Coke at San Miguel courtesy of Monching.



Ang suggestion ni Conrad na projector ay merong mahihiraman.



Side project na proposed lang po ay Medical Outreach kung kakayanin pra naman sa community.



Next meeting is scheduled for Oct. 12 at 4:00 pm. Post ko na lang po at verify ko mabuti ke Alma.



Lahat po ito ay initial info pa lamang kung merong comment at reaction ay pakikinggan din naman. Sana po maka-attend kau sa susunod.

These were our batchmates who attended the meeting last Sept.5 @ Mug Cafe.

To the graduates of QNHS Batch 1989, we created this blog as one way of getting in touch with everyone whom we have missed for so long and wasn't able to attend our 10th year anniversary last 1999.

This is now your chance to be connected with your former seatmate/s or "cheatmates", "barkada", "crush"(oy, syempre noon yon!), our own classmates, and of course our beloved advisers! I know everyone of us has something special to remember by in highschool, maybe a special someone, a favorite meeting place or "hintayan", at the canteen, or "sa annex kaya", "kami sa Grandstand!" hahahahaha But of course, no one will miss the Pergola near the Library.

You are more than welcome to post if you are single (still??? strict ba parents mo?!!!), or you are married already, how many kids you have, what you've been up to these days, actually, anything that you want to share with us. It can be your pictures or videos or "used to be" pix so we can have something to laugh about!!! hahahahhaa

We have formed a committee and still looking for other batchmates who are willing to give their time to organize and prepare for our upcoming 20th year celebration which will be held in 2009. Ramoncito Leynes or Monching, is the one assigned as the over-all chairman for this anniversary.

Let's do this for our dear Quezon High! Btw, does anyone still remember our Alma Mater song??? Hey, you'll never know, anyone can be asked to sing it on our reunion, right? So, pano? Kita-kita tayo ha? Mas marami mas masaya syempre!
